Exchange your child’s gently-used books for new stories with the Klamath County Library’s Big Book Swap!

Bring in books for babies, kids and teens to the downtown Klamath County Library from Wednesday, June 1st to Thursday, June 16th. (Fiction, nonfiction, board books and graphic novels are all welcome, but no heavily-damaged items or “writeable” items like workbooks or coloring books, please.) For each item you bring in, you’ll get a ticket to use at the Book Swap on Saturday, June 18th from 11 am to 4 pm!

Expand your horizons with the downtown Klamath County Library’s Summer Documentary & Discussion Series! We’ll be screening a wide variety of thought-provoking films on the fourth Tuesday of June, July, and August at 5:30 pm, and viewers are invited to stay after the film for discussion. The Klamath District Garden Clubs are declaring “Children and Our Future” with their annual flower show! Stop by the downtown Klamath County Library on Friday, May 6^th from 10 am to 4:30 pm and on Saturday, May 7^th from 10 am to 4:30 pm and check out some exuberant floral arrangements celebrating children and the joy of gardening.

This ain’t your grandpappy’s hide & seek. The downtown Klamath County Library is hosting an After-Hours Extreme Hide & Seek event for ages 12-18 on Friday, May 27^th from 8pm to 10pm.
