Based on the American Lung Association’s course of the same name, you’ll learn how to prep for a “quit day,” and build strategies to stick with your resolve to quit for good!

This group will meet on Thursdays from 2pm to 3:45pm starting Thursday, March 27th. No pre-registration is needed.

Klamath Basin Genealogical Society - DNA Interest Group

The Klamath Basin Genealogical Society DNA Interest Group, which focuses on using DNA data in genealogy research, meets at the downtown Klamath County Library on the first Wednesday of the month at 1 pm.

The full Society meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6 pm.

The general public is always welcome to join in.

Real Reads Book Group: Empire of Pain (Parts 2&3)

Read books about real issues! The Real Reads Book Group tackles a variety of current social issues – race, gender, immigration, poverty, criminal justice, and more – with nonfiction and memoir titles. We meet on the first Saturday of the month at 3pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.

The group will be discussing chapters 11-29 of Empire of Pain: The Secret History of the Sackler Family by Patrick Radden Keefe on Saturday, March 1st at 3pm
