Fun summer activities that fit your schedule! Each week, all Klamath County libraries will have a different drop-in activity to enjoy:
Learn about ecosystems, wildlife and more with Ranger Aimee from Lava Beds National Monument.
Due to the heat, this program will take place in the Malin Community Hall in the same building as the library.
We are holding Summer Sessions for ages 3-5, 6-12 and Teens all around Klamath County throughout the summer. Check your calendar and contact or visit your local library to pre-register. The sessions will all be the same, so it doesn't matter when or where you sign up to attend!
Pre-registration is required so we can keep our groups small. Please register one Summer Session per child.
All Klamath County Libraries will be closed on Monday, May 31st in observance of Memorial Day.
Check out our Story Hike along the Kit Carson Park walking trail throughout May! Enjoy Ryan T. May is “Flower Month!” From papercraft to real-life flowers, get some spring color going with these craft kits, available at the Main Library as well as the Bonanza, Chemult, Chiloquin, Malin, Merrill and South Suburban branch libraries, while supplies last. Need help? We post an instructional video each week on the Klamath County Library YouTube channel. For ages 5-12.
Enjoy stories, songs and games with your little ones in a live Zoom chat! This event is aimed at newborns through 36 months, but all are welcome.
