The Aging Journey: Technology & Cybersecurity

You can't stop the process of getting older any more than you can keep the leaves from falling in the autumn. But staff from Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) can give you advice on how to make the most of your aging journey in a weekly seminar series on Thursdays at 10am in November and December at the downtown Klamath County Library!

Each presentation can be attended as a stand-alone; stop by for the topics that interest you!

Adult Writers Group

The Adult Writers Group meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 2pm, and it’s open to anyone who wants to improve their writing skills in a positive environment. No previous writing experience necessary!

We’ll have writing prompts and discussion to get you going, and feel free to bring in something you’re working on to workshop with the group.

For more information, please call 541-882-8894.

Doc Talk with Dr. Decker: The Gastrointestinal Tract and Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Sky Lakes family medicine physician Dr. Stewart Decker is back for another jargon-free discussion on health issues! This month will cover the functions (and dysfunctions) of your digestive organs, plus a town-hall-style “patient Q&A” of general questions. (The Q&A is also a great time to suggest future Doc Talk topics!) Like our Lay Person Legal presenters, Dr. Decker’s ability to comment on your specific condition is limited.
